This notice describes how Quanta International handles information you send through this website’s forms, and how optional audience measurement works on this site.

What we collect

Contact and application forms collect your name, email address and message. Depending on the path you choose, they may also collect an organisation name, the kind of company requirement, a role of interest, profile links such as LinkedIn, GitHub or a portfolio, a referral context from the page you came from, and an optional CV file.

How that information is used

Company, partner and other enquiries are stored so we can read them and reply. Candidate enquiries from Contact, and applications from Careers, are stored as applications.

The site also stores a language preference in your browser when you switch language, and a short-lived retry token after a failed send so you can try again without losing the form.

Where information is stored

Contact and application records are held in a hosted database operated through Supabase. If you attach a CV, the file is kept in private Supabase Storage linked to that application. We do not publish CVs or give them a public URL.

How long we keep CVs

CV files submitted through this website are retained for up to six months under Quanta’s current retention policy.

Analytics and tracking

Quanta uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how this website is used and which paths lead to a confirmed company requirement or candidate application. The tag is the direct Google analytics library. This site does not use Google Tag Manager.

Measurement starts only after you choose Accept analytics. You can refuse, and the site stays fully usable. You can change that choice later through Analytics settings in the footer. Before a choice, and after a refusal or a later withdrawal, this site does not send an analytics request to Google.

If you accept, the browser may store first-party analytics cookies for that visit. The tag is set so those cookies are session cookies. Advertising storage stays denied. Withdrawing consent stops later measurement and asks the browser to expire the analytics cookies.

This browser stores the analytics choice as accepted or rejected until you change it or clear site data.

Analytics events sent from this site are limited to allowlisted page paths, the interface language, and a small set of category labels, such as the service or the kind of confirmed form. The frontend event layer does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, the contents or filename of a CV, a free-text message, or a company name typed into a form. Measured page addresses omit query strings. Arbitrary query parameters are not copied into analytics events.

When you have accepted, Google receives the measurement request.
