Project-based Services
Some initiatives need capability attached to a result, not a headcount attached to a queue. Project-based Services is a supporting arrangement around Consulting: it defines the package, who is responsible for what, and how progress is reviewed. We only claim managed delivery where an approved agreement actually establishes it.
When this makes sense
- A work package needs an owner and a finish line.
- Internal capacity exists but the initiative needs senior technical guidance.
- A phase (migration, audit, integration) has fixed dates and scope.
- The result is concrete: a platform component, a documented architecture, a delivered migration.
How we work
Agree the package
Outcome, inputs, boundaries and what is explicitly out of scope, written down.
Compose the capacity
Named people with the relevant craft for the package’s size — not a pyramid built to fill it.
Work in your cadence
Reviews follow your rhythm with visible progress against the agreed deliverables.
Close deliberately
Handover, documented decisions and a review of what remains open.
What you can expect
- A written scope with defined deliverables and review points.
- Clear division of responsibilities, including who decides.
- Progress visible against outcomes, not timesheets alone.
- A real closing: handover and documented decisions.
Questions worth asking
Responsibilities are defined per agreement. Where an outcome-based commitment is appropriate, we write it down properly — otherwise we describe accurately what we do and do not commit to.
